Terms of Use

OutPals is a platform where people find, join and host local activities. By creating an account, booking a place or publishing an activity you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

You need an account to book a place or publish an activity. Keep your login details private and give us correct contact information.

You must be at least 18 years old to host an activity. Younger participants may join only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, misleads other users or puts anyone at risk.

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed for a paid activity, or once your place is registered for a free one. You then receive a ticket with a QR code.

Places are limited. When an activity is full you can join the reserve list and you will be notified if a place opens up.

Follow the organizer's instructions, arrive on time and treat other participants with respect.

Organizers are responsible for the activity they publish: the description, place, time, price, participant limit and what happens on site.

Descriptions must be accurate. Do not publish activities that are illegal, unsafe, discriminatory or misleading.

If you cancel or change an activity, inform participants as soon as possible. Payments for a cancelled activity are returned to participants.

Organizers must hold any permits, licences or insurance required for their activity and comply with local law.

Payments for paid activities are processed through our payment partner. A commission of 0.89 zł is charged on each payment.

All money collected for an activity is paid out to the organizer 3 days after the activity finishes.

Prices are shown in Polish złoty and include any taxes the organizer is required to charge.

Bookings are final: participants cannot cancel a booking, and payments are not refundable.

The only exception: if the organizer cancels the activity or the activity does not take place, every payment is refunded automatically within 3 days.

No-shows are not refunded.

You keep the rights to the photos, videos and text you upload. You give us permission to show that content on OutPals to promote your activity.

Only upload content you have the right to use, and never content that shows other people without their consent.

We may remove content that breaks these terms.

OutPals connects organizers and participants. We do not run the activities ourselves and we are not a party to the agreement between an organizer and a participant.

You take part in activities at your own risk. Make sure your health allows you to join, and follow safety instructions on site.

We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee it is free of interruptions or errors.

We may update these terms, for example when we add new features. If a change is important we will tell you before it takes effect.

Continuing to use OutPals after a change means you accept the updated terms.
