This policy explains what data we collect when you use OutPals, why we need it and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

OutPals is the controller of the personal data you give us when you use the platform. You can reach us any time through the contact form.

2. What data we collect

4. What other people can see

Participants see the organizer's public card: name, photo, description, rating and number of activities hosted.

Your phone number is never shown to other users.

Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format.

You can also withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time, and complain to the Polish data protection authority if you believe we handled your data incorrectly.

To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact form.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the platform is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

9. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, limited internal access and regular reviews. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
